  • 料酒 （1勺）
  • 生抽 （2勺）
  • 糖 （20克）
  • 醋 （4勺）
  • 八角 （2个）
  • 啤酒 （1瓶）
  • 姜片 （6片）
  • 蚝油 （2勺）
  • 白芝麻 （5克）

STEP1、冷水下锅焯烫排骨，放姜片，料酒。
