  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）
  • 盐 （10克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

小时候家门口有个油条铺子，一碗热腾腾的豆浆，挖里一大勺糖，喝到底儿，还有咯吱咯吱的糖粒儿。炸的香酥嘣脆的油条泡到豆浆里，酥脆的外壳里面包着一汪儿豆浆。再来个油炸糕茶叶蛋，就是元气满满的一天。儿时的回忆易寻，味道却不再。这么多年再也没吃过以前那种油条了，现在加了明矾和膨大剂的油条完全没有老式油条劲道的口感。so，自己动手丰衣足食。我问了很多老人，根据他们的“口供”和我仅存不多的金鱼记忆，试了很多次才还原出来的这个方子。卖相一般，但是是真的好吃啊！！！这二两半的面差不多可以做六七根的样子，一顿饭2-3个人的量糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
