  • 生抽 （2勺）
  • 糖 （20克）
  • 醋 （4勺）
  • 八角 （2个）
  • 啤酒 （1瓶）
  • 姜片 （6片）
  • 蚝油 （2勺）
  • 白芝麻 （5克）

STEP1、冷水下锅焯烫排骨，放姜片，料酒。

微波炉10分钟速成红薯干

想吃红薯了，平时都是用蒸的方法，但是只想吃一个红薯，蒸多了吃不完，蒸一个吧，大动干戈”地操作一顿又觉得不划算，于是就想到用微波炉叮一下，毕竟之前用来叮熟南瓜块，高火10分钟也没有问题。因为这次买的红薯品种是那种略粉口感的，水分略少，怕叮不熟，就切成细长条了。高火5分钟叮了2次，就成红薯干了，意外的惊喜………于是乎，我决定不再去网上买红薯干了，常吃常做，10分钟懒人法，微波炉在我心中的地位，除了热饭热菜，又高了一个地位……用来做红薯干比烤箱省事多了。越吃越上瘾的糖醋小排

枣泥专辑——枣泥戚风

O(_)O由于自制枣泥，不耐保存，所以这个星期我做了枣泥专题，用完了它。忽然发现做专题特别好，虽然不一定每一样作品都完美，但是真的会有进步。————萌萌哒分割线————枣泥磅做完了，必然是要做一个枣泥戚风的。毕竟，戚风是接受度很高的蛋糕，也很好吃。自己吃戚风，不用裱花，所以我更愿意做中空的，8寸的中空戚风，3个人一早上就分完了，轻轻松松，没负担。自己配的方子，液体量不少，吃起来偏润，枣泥味也很浓，甜度适宜。另外这款戚风很嫩，不喜欢这么润的可以用40克水。下次一定要再做，因为老公和婆婆吃完了都说好吃。操作，越吃越上瘾的糖醋小排
