  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

圣诞雪人戚风卷

最能代表圣诞的元素是什么呢？当然是圣诞老人、圣诞树、雪人、雪花、麋鹿……以及红红绿绿的配色等等啦~不过草莓圣诞老人和麋鹿姜饼做腻了，我们可以把蛋糕卷换个方式，做出新意~这个做法比较类似漩涡蛋糕，比做大的戚风蛋糕用时短，制作蛋糕片的难度也比烤大戚风更低一些，唯一需要注意的是做的过程中动作需要快一点，避免蛋白霜消泡的问题，好在冬天的室温比较低，所以圣诞时节做这个也不必过于担心。而且这次在制作的时候用了美玫牌戚风蛋糕粉，个人觉得比起普通面粉，制作出来的戚风蛋糕片也更加的柔软轻盈，水分和弹性都很好，卷起来不费力。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀

茉莉绿豆饮

1、绿豆的水的总比例不要超过1：10，否则味道就淡了。2、先放少量的水与绿豆一起煮，因为水沸腾以后，让绿豆互相碰撞尽快开花（脱壳，这样能大大节省煮的时间。3、煮绿豆的时候容易溢出，盖子一定要开条大缝。4、同样的方法一样适用与绿豆粥，在煮绿豆的时候可以先把米泡上，绿豆一开花，就把米倒入，再倒入足量的水一起煮。想要更奢侈的话，加入银耳百合。5、如果煮过的绿豆不打算吃，那么可以直接把绿茶倒入锅中煮，茉莉花在最后闷的时候也可以直接倒入。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
